Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in South Carolina seeks an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes documentation, communication, and adherence to DRP requirements.

You will participate in daily production walks and stay compliant with WOW operating procedures. The ideal candidate has CCC1 Estimating System experience, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in DRP

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as advised by the Store Manager.
• Support team members as needed.
