Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Cartersville, GA is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating repair estimates, coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document customer interactions, guide them through repairs, and ensure DRP and insurance compliance. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP compliance and processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating or related role.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
• Support team members and attend training sessions as recommended.
