Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.
• Must have knife/cutting skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct new and existing Air Culinaire team members; ensure food, packaging, labeling, and allergens are accurate.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in butchering of meats and fish and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food preparations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, sanitized kitchen and monitor temperature logs; follow HACCP practices.
