Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a full-time Cook to prepare hot and cold foods for catering orders and to support all kitchen operations on-site.

The role requires a High School diploma, ServSafe certification, knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Open weekend/holiday availability is required.

Compensation is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with benefits including healthcare options, a 401(k) with employer match, and multiple insurance plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Understanding of cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering.
• Ability to take orders and work well in a team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to assist in food prep and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Air Culinaire team members on food, labeling, and allergens.
• Assist in butchering meats and fish; support daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and oversee safe use by team members.
• Assist in ordering, inventory, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
