Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC seeks a Cook to ensure high-quality ingredients and precise preparation for catering orders. You will work on-site with a team to produce hot foods, salads, sandwiches, canapés, and desserts according to ACW standards and recipes.

The role requires knife skills, a solid understanding of cooking techniques, and compliance with HACCP and food-safety practices. Evening/weekend shifts are possible as part of a dynamic kitchen team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must have knife/cutting skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
• Current ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering, with new culinary trends a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct new and existing team members with focus on food quality and safety.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in butchering meats and seafood; support daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all preparations and presentations meet ACW standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized kitchen; track temps and safety protocols.
• Assist in ordering, inventory and other duties as assigned by GM.
• Use Shipday for order logistics and customer deliveries.
