Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality menu items and support on-site catering orders. You will work with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely production of hot foods, salads, sandwiches, canapés, desserts and sauces per recipes and ACW standards.

The role requires teamwork, knife skills, ServSafe certification within 45 days, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe certificate required within 45 days of hire.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies or its equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct new and existing Air Culinaire team members to ensure food safety and allergen accuracy.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in the butchering of meats and fish and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food preparations and presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, sanitized kitchen and monitor temperature logs and safety practices.
• Assist in ordering, inventory and duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• Use Shipday for order logistics and deliveries, including delivery photos and recipient name.
