Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a full-time Cook in Florence, KY to prepare high-quality menu items for catering orders based on established recipes. You will work on-site with a team, handle ordering, inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification, knife skills, and the ability to follow directions from Kitchen Management. The position offers a dynamic kitchen environment with potential for growth and involvement in various culinary

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Understanding cooking techniques is required.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Air Culinaire team members; ensure all food, packaging, labeling, and allergens on trays meet accuracy, food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in the butchering of meats and fish and support daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food preparations and presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen; monitor temp-logs and use gloves and safety tools.
• Assist in ordering, inventory, and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• Air Culinaire Worldwide uses Shipday for order logistics and delivery verification.
