Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs, driving guest acquisition for NCLH brands.

The role partners with property leaders and coordinates across marketing, analytics, legal, and operations to maximize partner value. The role focuses on consultative relationship management, program design, and performance-driven growth, with responsibilities spanning new partner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or related commercial role.
Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

Build territory development plans prioritizing casino operators and properties by value and fit.
Develop relationships with senior casino executives and loyalty leaders.
Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
Develop partner-specific business cases defining target player, commercial model, and expected ROI.
Support negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and finance.
Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in the CRM.
Lead business reviews and provide partner-facing training and materials.
