The role involves consulting with casino executives, designing marketing programs, and leading partner reviews to deliver growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in casino marketing, partnerships, or related commercial roles.
• Experience acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino partnerships against revenue goals.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in assigned casino region.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and CRM skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• New Partner Development: build territory plan, identify opportunities, develop business cases and proposals, coordinate approvals, maintain pipeline in CRM.
