Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow casino partnerships for NCLH brands. You will build a territory plan, develop executive relationships, and translate performance data into actionable growth opportunities across Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania, and Regent brands.

This role requires seven+ years in casino marketing or partnerships, strong negotiation skills, and experience with loyalty programs and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino or hospitality partnerships against measurable revenue goals.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

• Build a territory development plan prioritizing casino operators and properties by player quality and potential.
• Develop relationships with presidents, GMs, CMOs, and loyalty decision makers.
• Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, and outreach.
• Create partner-specific business cases and proposals defining target player, commercial model, and expected ROI.
• Support negotiations and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in CRM.
• Lead partner reviews and provide training and sales materials for casino teams.
