Qualifications

21 years of age or above.
Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts Gaming Commission license.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a regulated casino environment as a dealer/dual rate.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Adheres to Encore Boston Harbor core values and department standards.
Execute departmental goals, policies and procedures; monitor and improve operations.
Maintain records, reports and confidentiality of policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, federal and state laws and regulations.
Deliver and maintain a maximum level of service.
Assist guests by coordinating with guest services, transportation and VIP teams.
Communicate effectively with guests and staff; respond to inquiries.
