Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Table Games Dealer to accurately deal Blackjack and one additional game, manage hands, and maintain precise player tracking and bankrolls. The successful candidate will work within regulatory guidelines, support departmental goals, and provide exceptional guest service while balancing multiple priorities and a high-pressure setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deal Blackjack and one additional game.
• Casino or dealing experience preferred.
• Conversational English required.
• Excellent guest service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deals all assigned games in the pit accurately and executes fills/credits.
• Ensures gaming activity complies with regulations.
• Delivers high level of guest service and maintains table integrity.
• Monitors guest activity and communicates with supervisors.
• Adheres to safety standards and department policies.
