Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager for Cage Operations to oversee the Cashiers Cage and Count Rooms, driving accuracy, security, and guest satisfaction. You will manage wagering activities, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and support Sports Book operations under the Director's guidance.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in Casino roles, with 1 year in a leadership capacity, and strong knowledge of 10-key, wagering systems, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Casino experience, 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience in Sports Book management is a plus, with prior leadership role preferred.
• Must possess strong knowledge of wagering systems and 10-key.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Encore standards and departmental policies are applied.
• Monitor wagers and manage Sports Book appearance.
• Oversee cash handling, balancing and reports.
• Lead and develop Cage team members and TRU leads.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and MA gaming requirements.
