Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains surveillance of gaming areas to detect and report irregularities and cheating.
• Monitors and reports outcomes consistent with Massachusetts Gaming regulations and Title 31.
• Prepares accurate, detailed incident reports and maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Operates monitor room equipment and records, and participates in court actions as needed.
• Responds to gaming commission requests and departmental inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Works with other departments to ensure safety and compliance across property.
