Job summary

Qualifications

21 years of age or above.
Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts Gaming Commission registration or license.
High school degree or equivalent preferred; hospitality, casino or poker dealing experience preferred.
Able to deal Poker; additional games a plus.
Conversational English required; ability to respond to inquiries and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Deal poker games accurately in the pit and ensure correct fills and credits.
Follow all gaming regulations and house policies; maintain confidentiality and thoroughness of procedures.
Provide professional service to guests and team members, addressing issues with patience and diplomacy.
Maintain table game records, player tracking, bankroll management and timely reporting.
Communicate with supervisors about table games activity and any irregularities.
Work with safety as a priority and adhere to safety standards.
