Job summary

Don Beyer Volvo, a family-run dealership in the greater Washington DC area, seeks an organized Billing/Reception clerk to support the sales and service teams at our Falls Church, VA location. You will prepare and process customer bills, verify ticket accuracy, and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, superior customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Computer skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
