You will prepare and process customer bills, verify ticket accuracy, and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, superior customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department.
• Calculate and process the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• High Visibility Position: Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise.
• Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
• Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.
