Ray Catena BMW of Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking a friendly Service BDC Representative to join our busy dealership. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer service-related questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure each customer receives timely, professional assistance.

This role rewards a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. Automotive experience helps, but training is available for the right candidate.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This is an important customer-facing role within our Service Department and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with service-related questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and help ensure that every customer receives friendly, professional, and timely assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with service-related questions and appointment needs
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding dealership services and processes
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records of all interactions

Available Schedules

We currently have multiple full-time schedules available:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 7:45 AM-4:00 PM, based on assigned schedule

We are looking for someone who is reliable, upbeat, professional, and truly enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is helpful, but attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Background check and drug screening are required. Marijuana use is not an automatic disqualifier.
