The position requires strong Excel and Word skills, superior customer service, and the ability to multitask, including some evenings and weekends. Prior dealership experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
• Calculate and process the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• High VisibilityPosition: Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise
• Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
• Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.
• Filing daily
• Switchboard operating
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.
