HUB International in Riverside, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the Cash Application team. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery while optimizing workload and resources in a hybrid in-office environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong communication skills to articulate processes.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in banking, accounting, finance, accounts payable, or related field strongly preferred.
• Proven success improving team productivity via goal setting, performance management, and metrics.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate processes and workflows.
• Leadership grounded in emotional intelligence with coaching abilities.
