Job summary

DB Insurance USA seeks an AP/AR Supervisor in Anaheim, CA to oversee daily accounts payable and receivable operations, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy and internal control compliance. You will help establish new accounting systems and processes from the ground up to improve workflow as the company grows.

Hybrid work arrangement after 90 days (3 days in office/2 days remote) requires SAP familiarity; NAIC/SSAP knowledge is a plus, and CPA or similar certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in the insurance industry on the carrier side.
• CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP/AR operations and supervise staff.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Manage AP/AR workflows and cash application.
• Evaluate new systems and software to improve processes.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance across accounting functions.
