Job summary

Vantage seeks a Supervisor, Accounts Payable to lead a NA-wide AP team from Denver, CO, aligned with a 3-on/2-flex on-site policy. You will oversee daily AP operations, coach teammates, and ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor inquiries across the US and Canada.

In this fast-paced role you’ll monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, coordinate month-end close, and partner with Finance, Procurement and Treasury to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or a related field within a large, complex organization.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.
• English required; French an asset.
• Experience with ERP systems, invoice processing platforms, and financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists across North America.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations and ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and workload distribution to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate vendor payments and issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for AP inquiries and drive process improvements.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting as needed.
