UW-Stevens Point is seeking a Part-time CASE Operations Student Manager to coordinate departmental operations, including CASEConnect and Student Assistants. You will hire, train, and supervise student staff, while working with professional staff to implement efficient processes and participate in committees.
The role requires eligibility for Federal Work-Study, up to 20 hours/week, and a background check. It is an on-campus student hourly position within CASE Operations.

The CASE Student Manager-Operations reports directly to the Program Manager for Employment and Volunteer Programs and is responsible to the Student Employment Coordinator and the Payroll Coordinator of the University Centers. The Student Manager-Operations is responsible for the coordinating operations of the department, including CASEConnect and Student Assistants. This individual serves as the department representative to other departments related to student organizations, and various committees. The Student Manager should have a basic knowledge of all aspects of the office to help the staff when needed. Duties include coordinating, delegating, and overseeing projects directed by professional staff. As well as hiring, training, and evaluating student assistants. They will work with the professional staff in the development and implementation of operational processes.

The Student Manager must be at least a part-time student (enrolled in a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) and be in good academic standing (cumulative and semester GPAs of 2.0 or higher) at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
