Accountability reports to the University Dining Assistant Manager for Employment and the University Dining Director.
Works collaboratively with the University Dining Payroll Coordinator and the Training and Development Coordinator and supervises the Student Managers’ and student employees’ compliance with the University Dining student employment program policies and procedures.
The Student Employment Program Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, reevaluating, and promoting the University Dining student employment program, which employs approximately 200+ student employees each year. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. The University Dining Student Employment Program Manager works directly with full-time and student staff supervisors on all human resource matters.

Base Wage $14.00/hour
