Job summary

Fraser, Minnesota's leader in autism, mental health, and disability services, seeks a dedicated professional for roles serving adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This position requires a Minnesota resident, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to meet clients.

Remote work becomes fully available after onboarding (3–6 months). A $1,500 hiring bonus is offered for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, special education, psychology, nursing, human services or related field.
• If degree is in social work, social work licensure is required.
• One year of experience with DD populations or Relias I/DD course ( Fraser pays).
• Experience or strong interest in working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with culturally responsive practice.
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record.
