Job summary

Fraser is seeking a dedicated professional to support adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The role emphasizes compassionate care, family collaboration, and community-based services in Minnesota, with initial on-site work and the possibility to work remotely after 3–6 months of onboarding.

Qualifications include a social work-related degree, licensure if applicable, and experience or strong interest in DD populations and serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Social work licensure if degree is in social work.
• One year experience with DD populations or willingness to take Relias I/DD course (paid)
• Experience or interest in working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with culturally responsive practice.
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
