Fraser, Minnesota's leader in autism, mental health, and disability services, is seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role starts with on-site work in Minnesota and transitions to fully remote after 3–6 months of onboarding.

You will travel 2–3 times weekly to meet clients within the Twin Cities metro area. The starting pay is $50,000–$55,000 per year, plus a $1,500 hiring bonus for external candidates.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in related field; licensure if social work
• Experience with DD populations or willingness to take Relias I/DD course (paid by Fraser)
• Experience with adults with serious mental illness
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with culturally responsive practice
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License
• Ability to pass DHS background study
