Responsibilities

• Connect clients with housing programs, mental health services, substance use treatment, job training, and legal assistance.
• Advocate for clients' rights within shelters and the community; liaise with social service agencies and organizations.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain confidential case records; monitor progress and update plans.
