Responsibilities

• Gathers data for eligibility programs from clients face-to-face or by phone.
• Verifies information accuracy per state policies.
• Obtains release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verifies income, assets and other documents.
• Explains regulations and program requirements to clients.
• Runs automated eligibility programs and records data.
