Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to assist with processing applications for TANF, SNAP, and Medicaid. Responsibilities include data collection, verification, document handling, and data entry into the state system. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The role offers a structured training program, a 37.5-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), and benefits with paid time off. Salary starts at $18.00/hour with room for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather data for public assistance programs from clients in person or by phone.
• Verify information for accuracy per state policies.
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other financial documents.
• Explain program requirements to clients.
• Enter data into the state database and respond to inquiries.
