National Youth Advocate Program in Illinois is seeking a Case Aide to support case management staff with administrative tasks, intake, discharge packets, and documentation. You will help coordinate records, travel logistics, background checks, and ensure timely uploads to ORR systems.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, a high school diploma (4-year degree preferred), reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish; Spanish fluency is required.
• High School Diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, printers, and office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• 21+ years old with ability to travel; flexible hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to program staff and manage intake/discharge packets.
• Maintain records and assist with background checks and VOR updates.
• Ensure timely upload of documents to ORR/NYAP Evolv systems.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff and support case management activities.
• Assist with licensing processes and Know Your Rights presentations when required.
