National Youth Advocate Program is hiring a Case Aide to support La Jornada program staff. The role emphasizes administrative duties, documentation, and accessibility for a diverse client base.

Experience with records, intake, and case management is important for success in this position. You will coordinate with the program team, assist with legal screenings and travel logistics, and help ensure confidential handling of sensitive information while supporting ORR policy requirements and

Formación

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Proficient with standard desktop tools (word processing, spreadsheets).
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative and document support for program staff.
• Support ORR 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records in UC Portal and Evolv system.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and case files.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff; support legal screenings.
• Prioritize work and meet deadlines; work weekends as needed.
