National Youth Advocate Program is hiring an Entry Case Aide for the La Jornada program in Chicago, IL. You will provide administrative and document support to the program staff and help coordinate services for children, families, and individuals.

The position requires a flexible schedule, may involve extended hours and weekends, and offers a range of benefits and ongoing training opportunities. Strong bilingual communication and data-management skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, copilots, and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Support program staff with ORR’s 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records per NYAP/ORR policies and complete requests from ORR.
• Upload documentation to UC Portal and Evolv system.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and gather background checks.
