Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking an Entry Level Case Aide in Naperville, IL to support children, families, and individuals through essential services. The role emphasizes case management support, documentation, and collaboration with ORR policy teams.

You will maintain records, assist with intake and discharge, coordinate travel, and help with background checks while upholding confidentiality and the organization's mission to empower youth and families.

Qualifications

• ORR Policies and Procedures understanding.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile devices and MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency required.
• Auto insurance coverage minimums as specified.
• 21+ with valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support ORR's 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records per NYAP/ORR policies and complete requests.
• Complete VOR changes and support case management needs.
• Ensure timely documentation in UC Portal and Evolv systems.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and travel coordination.
