Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a Case Aide to provide essential administrative and documentation support to program staff, helping with ORR policy compliance and data entry into UC Portal and NYAP Evolv systems.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Some travel and weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; Spanish fluency essential.
• Proficient with desktop/laptop computers and common software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Support ORR policy requirements with the program case management team.
• Maintain records per NYAP and partner policies.
• Process records requests and verify releases when needed.
• Upload documentation to ORR and NYAP Evolv systems.
• Assist with case management activities and file maintenance.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff when required.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
