Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence to keep going.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset and desire to win.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America.
• Negotiate rates in real time and close deals quickly.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong.
• Build relationships so carriers want to work with you again.
• Bring energy, hit daily activity goals, compete and improve.
• Own your results; your effort impacts production and paycheck.
