Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales environment.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence to keep calling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsabilités

• Source capacity: Call freight carriers across North America to secure transportation for customer shipments.
• Negotiate: Work rates in real time and close deals, sometimes with minutes to spare.
• Problem-solve: When a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong, find a solution.
• Build your book: Develop strong carrier relationships for repeat work.
• Bring the energy: Make calls, hit daily activity goals, compete and learn.
