Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking a high-energy on-site sales professional in Chicago to manage open loads, secure carrier capacity, negotiate rates, and build a strong network of transportation partners. You’ll be on the phone frequently, driving results and chasing daily activity goals.

Your earning potential is uncapped and tied to your production; base pay starts at $50,000 with commission. Top performers can reach six figures within 24 months.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence to keep calling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset and desire to win.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America to secure transportation for customer shipments.
• Negotiate real-time rates and close deals with urgency.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or other issue arises during transit.
• Build a book of business by developing strong carrier relationships.
• Bring energy to calls, hit daily activity goals, compete, and continuously improve.
• Own your results; your effort directly impacts earnings.
