Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a high-energy sales professional for an in-office role at the Chicago Loop, where you will be on the phone sourcing capacity and negotiating rates with freight carriers. You’ll manage loads, build trusted carrier relationships, and meet daily activity targets.

The role rewards determination and performance; base salary starts at $50k with uncapped commission. Top performers can reach six figures within 24 months, supported by structured training and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing role.
• Comfort with rejection; this is a numbers game and you must be okay with that.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals, in any field.
• A degree in business or supply chain is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Calling carriers to source capacity for customer freight across North America.
• Negotiating rates on the spot, sometimes with minutes to spare.
• Monitoring active shipments and stepping in fast when something goes wrong.
• Building relationships with carriers so you are the person they call back first.
• Hitting daily activity targets; volume drives earnings and progression.
