Responsibilities include rate negotiation, carrier sourcing, shipment execution from tender to delivery, and accurate data handling in the TMS (Aljex). You will collaborate with operations, finance, and senior management to meet service and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with Carrier Sales Experience will be considered
• Experience in full-cycle account management or transportation operations
• Proficient with spreadsheets & logistics software; comfortable learning new systems
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (Aljex), real-time tracking (MacroPoint), and carrier onboarding tools (MyCarrierPortal)
• Proven sales and negotiation track record; ability to develop new business and close pricing

Responsibilities

• Drive organic revenue growth within key accounts by providing transportation solutions and competitive pricing
• Negotiate quotes, rates, and pricing for prospects and customers
• Source, qualify and build strong relationships with motor carriers to match capacity with freight
• Execute shipments from tender to delivery and monitor progress with real-time visibility tools
• Maintain accurate data in the TMS (Aljex) for smooth operations and invoicing
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and achieve goals
