Allen Lund Company is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and contract motor carriers for high-volume freight nationwide from our Colorado office. The role emphasizes building trucker networks, closing deals, and maintaining rigorous dispatch standards with proactive communication.

You bring at least 2 years of capacity procurement or carrier dispatch experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with spot capacity, load boards, and FMCSA safety rules.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in capacity procurement or carrier dispatch within a 3PL.
• Proactive communicator with outbound call experience.
• Familiar with spot capacity, load boards, FMCSA rules.
• Ability to manage multiple loads and driver updates.

Responsabilidades

• Source carriers and expand profitable repeat volume.
• Negotiate, contract, and partner with motor carriers for high-volume freight.
• Provide dispatch support and real-time transit updates.
