Allen Lund Company seeks a Carrier Sales Representative to prospect, contract, secure, and establish relationships with carriers for truckload and LTL cargo. You will support the office, build carrier relationships, and ensure timely movement of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support the office to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are upheld.
• Develop and increase profitable volume with existing and newly acquired carriers by leveraging relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Participate in daily branch operations: building loads, setting up carriers, updating calls, and scheduling pickups/deliveries.
• Qualify and match the correct carrier for a shipment based on service requirements, upholding core principles.
