Allen Lund Company, LLC is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to prospect, contract, secure, and build relationships with carriers to move truckload and LTL volumes. The role emphasizes self-motivation, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will support branch operations, manage carrier relationships, and ensure shipments are matched to the right carriers, contributing to our service excellence and growth across offices.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a 3PL environment
• Booking trucks experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the office to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are upheld.
• Develop and increase profitable volume with existing and new carriers.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to increase capacity for projects and lanes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Coordinate loads, set up carriers, and schedule pick-up/delivery appointments.
• Uphold company processes to match the correct carrier for shipments.
