• Two years in a 3PL environment with hands-on truck bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop carrier relationships and grow profitable volume with existing and new carriers.
• Manage loads, coordinate with carriers, and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Follow processes to match the right carrier to each shipment.
