Qualifications

• Two years of 3PL experience, with hands-on truck booking.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the office to ensure standards and policies are upheld.
• Develop and increase profitable volume with existing and new carriers; build strong relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Coordinate daily branch operations, including load building, carrier setup, calls, and pickups.
