BlueGrace Logistics in Chicago is seeking a high-energy sales professional for an on-site, in-person role. You will source capacity, negotiate rates, and build a carrier book by making frequent calls.

This is a high-volume environment where your effort directly drives earnings. Starting base salary is $50,000 with uncapped commission, and top performers can reach six figures.

No freight experience required; training is provided, and you will work with a motivated team in the Chicago Loop.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence to keep going.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset and desire to win.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America.
• Negotiate rates in real time and close deals.
