Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong core carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move freight.
• Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality freight movement.
• Schedule pickup and delivery times; manage route changes, delays, and freight concerns.
• Update information in company operating systems accurately.
• Conduct research for potential leads and make cold calls to prospects.
• Track back-end billing to ensure carrier charges are accurate.
