Job summary

RXO Inc. is hiring a Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for freight moves while maintaining strong carrier relationships and clear communication with customers.

You will schedule pickups, update systems, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, 1 year of transportation experience, and 2 years in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of transportation experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently within limits.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight.
• Cultivate strong carrier relationships and communicate with carriers.
• Schedule pickup and delivery times considering service needs and constraints.
• Maintain information in company operating systems and track shipments.
