Responsibilities

• Build and maintain carrier profiles through research and networking.
• Engage carrier partners primarily by phone with 80+ dials per day.
• Understand macro-market conditions and impact on truckload rates and capacity.
• Negotiate freight rates to motor carriers to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate available customer freight with carrier equipment and Redwood postings.
