Responsibilities

Expand knowledge of transportation industry within carrier sales and Redwood operations.
Build and maintain strategic carrier profiles through research and networking.
Dial and engage carrier partners to source opportunities and maximize profitability.
Negotiate freight rates to motor carriers to drive profitability daily/weekly/monthly.
Coordinate freight with carrier equipment and Redwood postings.
Provide proactive service to motor carriers to strengthen relationships.
